Must Have 5 Items called Lightning Elemental Stone. (from Cz Riote)
Required Materials

IMust Have 5 Items From Ice Elemental Stone. (Extract Cz from Atros)
Required Materials

Must Have 1 of Gold Bar Item. (You can get it from Sundries.)

If You Use Shadow Piece, Your Item Will Be 100% Exceptional. (Normal Flat Ratio is 60%)
